A dream that has finally come true! I now offer yoga classes in my studio space in Rancho Mirage. Private sessions are also available by request at your location. Class schedules will be posted soon. Find your pace and relaxation with a Yin class, or more of an uplifting movement class with a vinyasa flow. All levels are welcome. 

Energy healing sessions are booked on appointment basis. I work with energy needs using Shamanism, Reiki, sound instruments, aromatherapy, crystals, sage, chakra cleansing, and more. This can be a very relaxing and releasing process. All can benefit from doing energy work! Whether you are working on healing from emotional or physical pain, energy work can be a great addition to assist in your wellbeing.

A true passion of mine! I love the soul medicine that a sound bath can bring. I use crystal singing bowls and other fun instruments to provide a deep vibrational experience in the studio and private sessions at your space.

After working on my own health challenges, I received my certification from the Institute of integrative Nutrition. I wanted to share how powerful diet and mindset truly are when working with a illness. I work to assist you in discovering just how amazing your body is and the wonderful power that it has to be healthy. Let’s work together to find what works for you and create the healthy lifestyle that you deserve. 

Our homes and businesses collect energy that sometimes becomes stagnant or heavy. I come out to your location and clear your space and recommend insights where more light or plants could be needed.
