
Yoga Offerings
Private and public yoga classes offered in-studio or at your location. Classes include gentle slow flow, Shamanic Yoga Flow inspired by the Medicine Wheel, and deeply restorative experiences such as Yoga Nidra with gentle stretching and sound. Intimate small-group sessions are available and fully customizable.
Sound Baths
Immersive sound healing experiences using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. Sound baths are offered publicly, privately, and in unique settings, supporting deep relaxation, energetic release, and restoration.
Energy Work
Intuitive energy healing sessions using Shamanic Energy Healing and Reiki. Offerings include 1:1 private sessions, shared sessions for couples or loved ones, and energy clearings for homes and businesses to restore balance and harmony.
Cacao Ceremonies
Heart-opening cacao ceremonies guided with intention, ritual, and gentle movement or meditation. These ceremonies support connection, clarity, and emotional presence in both private and group settings.
Floating Sound Baths
A deeply nourishing sound healing experience held on the water, allowing participants to float while receiving sound and vibration. Designed to encourage deep surrender, nervous system reset, and expanded awareness.
Workshops & Special Events
Seasonal workshops and curated experiences that weave together movement, sound, energy work, and ceremony. These offerings are designed to support intention setting, release, and conscious connection within community.
If this is your first sound bath, welcome.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or figure anything out. You simply arrive… and receive.
During a sound bath, you’ll lie down comfortably while live instruments — such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding percussion — create layers of sound designed to support your nervous system. The tones and vibrations help guide the body out of “doing mode” and into a more regulated, restorative state.
There is no effort required. The sound meets you exactly where you are.
Each body responds differently, but many people notice:
A softening of mental chatter
Deep physical relaxation
Gentle waves or tingling sensations
Emotional release
Memories or imagery surfacing
A feeling of spaciousness or clarity
You may drift in and out of sleep. You may feel completely aware the whole time. Both are perfect.
Sound works beyond the thinking mind. Even if you don’t “feel” something dramatic, your nervous system is still integrating.
This is not about having a big experience.
It’s about allowing your body to feel safe enough to rest.
Come as you would for a restorative practice.
