Mesa Carrier Journey September 2026 – January 2027

Welcome to a small-group immersive journey exploring the Medicine Wheel through ceremony, meditation, prayer, nature connection, embodied movement, energetic practices, journaling, and experiential teachings inspired by the initiatory path I have received and my own lived relationship with the desert and sacred practice.

Each gathering will include Harmonic Yoga Flow and movement practices inspired by the direction we are exploring that month, helping weave the teachings into the body through breath, awareness, and intentional movement.

Together we will move through the directions of East, South, West, and North while exploring how ancient wisdom, reciprocity, slowness, and relationship with nature can support greater balance and presence within modern life.

This five-month container is intentionally intimate and unfolds progressively, allowing spacious time for reflection, integration, and meaningful connection within the group.

Sundays • 10 AM – 5 PM

Dates: 9/13/2026, 10/11/2026, 11/8/2026, 12/13/2026, 1/10/2027

Locations: Heart & Sol Yoga, My private backyard & select outdoor gatherings in nature.

Founding Circle Early Registration: $700 - paid in full by 7/15/2026

Standard Tuition: $750 - Due by 9/1/2026

Non-refundable deposit due upon registration: $200

Pricing includes course materials only. 

*Student is required to purchase Mesa cloth and any other ceremonial tools.

It may especially resonate with seekers, space holders, yoga practitioners, healers, creatives, empaths, and those longing to slow down, reconnect with the wisdom of the Earth, and explore sacred practice in a grounded and embodied way.

No prior experience with the Medicine Wheel or ceremonial work is required — only openness, curiosity, respect, and a willingness to journey inward.
